I asked for cheesy chips with extra cheese . They put ketchup on my cheesy chips which I did not ask for . Now I can enjoy my meal Bec I’ve just tried eating it and I felt like throwing up . Don’t get me wrong this hasn’t happened the first time when I’ve ordered from your guys , but I always order from you guys , I love your food don’t get me wrong it’s amazing . But pls listen more carefully to your customers on the phone expecially when they explain 2x down the phone to you .
